Yes — always. We do not quote from photos or phone descriptions alone. Every project begins with a physical site walk conducted by a senior team member. This allows us to accurately assess slope angles, access constraints, waste types, and environmental sensitivities before producing a scope and price. Quotes based on reality, not assumptions.
Absolutely. WSIB clearance certificates and Commercial General Liability insurance certificates (naming the client as additional insured where required) are available upon request. We can typically provide these via email the same day you ask. For municipal and commercial clients with procurement requirements, we're used to this process and have everything ready to go.
We handle a wide range of waste types: construction and demolition debris, mixed refuse, appliances, tires, e-waste, biohazard waste, sharps, and many regulated waste streams. When we encounter suspected hazardous material (asbestos, solvents, oils, etc.) on site, we follow strict identification and segregation protocols — and where a licensed specialist is required (e.g., asbestos abatement), we coordinate that referral rather than proceed without qualification.
Yes. We have established working relationships with Hamilton Conservation Authority and are experienced working within regulated natural features and conservation authority jurisdictions. We secure all required permits before mobilization and operate in full compliance with the Conservation Authorities Act, the Endangered Species Act, and Ontario's Environmental Protection Act. We're also familiar with low-impact extraction methods that allow us to work in sensitive ecological zones without heavy equipment.
Every project receives a close-out documentation package that includes: before, during, and after photography; waste manifests for all regulated waste streams; copies of relevant permits; and a written summary of work completed. This package is delivered before our final invoice and is designed to protect clients from liability and satisfy any regulatory reporting requirements they may face.
